C family

Trisha and I are friends from high school and it was so much fun being able to photograph her family. The sun was setting fast and I swear it dropped 20 degree from the time we started so we had to work quick, but they were all troopers!

H family

 The weather wasn't cooperating with us the day of this photo session but it all ended up working out, and despite the rain and having to change locations the H family was awesome!

Leah and Henry

I am so happy I got a chance to photograph these two. We lived a few blocks away from them when we lived in the bay area, and about a month ago we took a really short trip back up there and I had a chance to hang out with them at the Heritage Rose Garden. It was so much fun to see their cute faces again!

Hillstead fam

Meet the Hillstead family. A few things I loved about their photo session was: the late evening sunshine, the big green grassy park Amy choose, serious cute family, and baby Ella's face in every single picture.

Swensen fam

Here are a few pictures from my photo session with the Swenson's. They wanted some family pictures with their handsome little fellow, Bennett, all dressed up in his blessing outfit. Now you can see where the little guy got his looks!

Adam

I photographed this little guy when he was 2 months old and it was so fun being able to photograph him again. I hadn't seen him since our first photo session and he still had those same chubby cheeks and cute little smile.

This was a fun photo shoot. It was unlike anything I had done before and I really enjoyed it.  One of my husbands co-workers is getting married and she asked me to take a few pictures of some of her wedding party for her wedding website. It seems like wedding websites or blogs are a pretty common thing now days. I can't think of a better way to have yours stand out then to have the pictures on it professional taken.

little Poet

Remember the Bigelow's. I really love these guys. I was lucky enough to be able to photograph the newest addition to their family. Baby Poet was just 2 days old, she is the sweetest thing ever. It was so fun being in their home and feeling all the energy, excitment and craziness of bring home a new baby. It  brought back so many memories of bring Owen home from the hospital.

Owen at 14 months

I love mini sessions with my kids, because that it about as much as I can get out of them. I tried changing my lens and Owen jumped into the mini swimming pool in my parents backyard and that was the end of that.

Lucy

While I was visitng my family I took a few pictures of my cute little niece Lucy. It was like 100 degrees outsides so I had to snap quick but we got a few good ones.

Baby KJ

Baby KJ was such a sweet baby, She didn't make a peep the whole photo session, she just stared at me wide eyed just taking in everything around her. I wonder if maybe I had stuck her in my camera bag I could have sneaked out without her mom noticing :) 

baby Ella

Ella was 3 months when I did this photo session, which seems to be that age where babies start to decided what they like and don't like. I soon found out that Ella's sweet spot was being nuzzled up against her mama's shoulder, definitely a mama's girl. Don't you just want to pinch her cute little cheeks?
